This Privacy Policy explains how Conservative News collects, uses, and shares information when you use our public RSS news link aggregator, including article listings, source pages, category browsing, search, diagnostics, advertising, and support. What information do you collect?: We collect public RSS and Atom feed metadata, including source name, headline, source URL, category, timestamps, source-provided excerpt, and image URL. We may also collect basic request diagnostics such as IP address, browser type, device type, referrer, pages requested, timestamps, and error details.
Do you collect account information?: We do not collect account registration information because Conservative News does not currently offer user accounts, sign-in, profiles, comments, subscriptions, or personalized reader dashboards.
How do you use information?: We use information to operate the news feed, refresh RSS sources, display categories and source pages, improve search and page performance, troubleshoot errors, protect the service from abuse, and respond to support or privacy questions.
Do you store full articles?: No. Conservative News does not store or republish full article text. Feed cards may show publisher metadata, source-provided excerpts, and images, then link readers to the original publisher for the full report and context.
Who do you share information with?: We do not sell personal data, article metadata, or browsing diagnostics. We may share limited information with service providers that help host, secure, monitor, or advertise on the site, when required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
How long do you keep information?: RSS article records may be pruned according to the configured NewsIngest retention window, which is 45 days by default for articles not seen recently. Operational logs and database backups may be kept for diagnostics, security, disaster recovery, or compliance purposes.
Do you use cookies or similar tracking?: The public site does not require account cookies. Conservative News may use an essential local cookie to remember article like selections, Read Later saves, and source filter preferences. If advertising, analytics, or abuse-prevention services are enabled, those providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may affect third-party features.
How do Google advertising cookies work?: Google advertising cookies may be used when Google ads are served. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to Conservative News or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' personalized advertising cookies at AboutAds.info choices.
How does advertising affect privacy?: Conservative News may load third-party ad scripts using configured publisher identifiers. Where is data stored?: Conservative News runs on application infrastructure backed by PostgreSQL. Production deployments may be hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, with database backups and logs retained according to infrastructure and compliance needs.
How do you protect information?: We use HTTPS, managed hosting controls, database access controls, monitoring, and limited operational access. No internet service is completely immune from risk, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
What privacy rights do I have?: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of personal information. Because Conservative News does not maintain reader accounts, requests usually involve diagnostics, support messages, or advertising data handled by third-party providers. Is this site for children?: Conservative News is a general-audience news link aggregator and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
