These Terms govern your use of Conservative News, including public RSS-backed article listings, category pages, source pages, search, outbound publisher links, diagnostics, and advertising. By using the service, you agree to them.

Who can use the service?: Conservative News is a public RSS link aggregator. You may use the service if you can lawfully access news websites in your jurisdiction and comply with these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
What does Conservative News provide?: Conservative News collects configured RSS and Atom feed metadata, organizes links by source and category, and points readers to original publisher pages for full reporting. The site stores metadata, source-provided excerpts, images, and timestamps; it does not host full copied article bodies.
Do you own publisher content?: No. Headlines, excerpts, images, trademarks, and copyrights remain with their respective publishers or rights holders. Links are provided for navigation and discovery. You should review each publisher's own terms before relying on, sharing, or reusing their content.
May I scrape or copy the service?: You may not scrape, bulk copy, republish, mirror, reverse engineer, overload, attack, bypass rate limits, introduce malicious code, or use automated access in a way that interferes with Conservative News, its infrastructure, source publishers, or other readers.
Are links endorsements?: No. Inclusion of a headline, source, excerpt, image, category, ad, or outbound link does not mean Conservative News endorses every claim, opinion, product, candidate, organization, or advertisement on the linked page.
Are article listings always accurate?: Article metadata comes from configured RSS and Atom feeds and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, stale, or changed by publishers after ingestion. We may hide, remove, recategorize, or update listings to maintain site quality or comply with legal obligations.
Is this professional advice?: No. Conservative News does not provide professional, legal, financial, election, or investment advice. The service is for news discovery only. You are responsible for evaluating original sources, checking context, and making your own decisions.
How does advertising work?: Ads are disabled by default and may be enabled only through site configuration. If ads are enabled, they are labeled as advertising or sponsored links and may be served by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
Can sources or categories change?: Yes. Feed sources, categories, ranking, search behavior, retention windows, ad placements, and page features may change at any time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the service without notice.
When can access be restricted?: We may block, throttle, suspend, or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates security or operational risk, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable law.
Are there warranties?: The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that Conservative News will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, complete, secure, or that publisher content will be accurate.
What is your liability?: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conservative News and Blueprint Software LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including losses caused by publisher content, unavailable links, advertising, data loss, service interruption, or decisions you make after reading linked material.
Do I indemnify Blueprint Software?: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint Software LLC, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, automated access, or infringement of third-party rights.
What law governs these Terms?: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
How does the Privacy Policy apply?: Our Privacy Policy explains how Conservative News handles RSS metadata, diagnostics, advertising-related data, and privacy requests. It is incorporated into these Terms.
Can these Terms change?: Yes. We may update these Terms as the service, source mix, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
